BioThis journal contains the collected writings of Sawyer Finn.
A few things to cover:
1. All works within this journal are the original creations of the author and therfore are her intellectual property. As such, there exists a level of trust that you will not reproduce, alter, or otherwise profit from my work without first gaining WRITTEN CONSENT from me to do so. Don't break that trust!
2. Use the key words in my memories feature to help find pieces you are interested in reading.
3. Follow the LJ tags in entries to find similar subjects or genres you want to read.
4. All entries will have these four headers first while the actual work will be placed behind an LJ cut:
Category/Genre: (poetry, short story, fanfiction, etc etc...)
Status: (do I consider it done and ready to be published?)
Publication status: (is it published? where have I submitted it?)
Author's Note: (interesting facts, data about the piece)
5. You are welcome to "friend" me, especially if you enjoy reading my work! However...Since this journal is used solely for posting my work, I don't add many friends back. This isn't a snubbing of you or anyone else. It's a matter of practicality. I simply don't check this journal except to post new material and/or respond to comments. If you are a writer and would like me to read your works, I would recommend you ask me to friend you via my daily journal, Ailinn as that is where I check my friend's list and communities regularly and am more likely to respond to you in a timely manner.
6. Authors live and die by hearing constructive criticism as to what people think about their work. I'm no different! Leave a comment or even email me at sawyer_finn AT pressenter DOT com.
